I just wanted to acknowledge receipt of your email requests and didn’t want you to think I was ignoring you but as you know I met you after Kurt passed. I never knew him personally. I have only heard stories from Joe or your many friends I met at the dinner. He was obviously a very special man who gave of himself for one year as a member of the LA County Grand Jury as well as other charitable and worthy causes. In a way, I am indebted to him because his trust brought you into my life.
